CAHSEE Preparation Initiative
March 2007

CAHSEE Preparation Initiative is a partnership with Butte and Lake Tahoe community colleges and UC Santa Barbara to help California students who have not yet passed the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE). CDI is currently developing online intelligent assessment and interactive lesson modules for both the math and english sections of the exam. An online intelligent assessment module determines a student's needs in preparing for the exam. The student is then automatically directed to the appropriate online lessons. Lessons are interactive and designed to stimulate the student's thought processes in solving problems.
